Orders & Processing

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in your local currency or in EUR/USD. Import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the listed prices.

Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and Klarna installments where available. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Returns

Customers have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, pending approval of the claim.
