This policy explains how we process and ship your orders, as well as the terms that apply to delivery and returns.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your purchase has been confirmed.
Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and other circumstances. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless an approved claim specifies otherwise.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the prices shown at checkout and remain the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.
Returns & High-Value Shipments
Customers must contact us before returning any item, in order to receive the correct return address and instructions.
For high-value returns exceeding 750 SEK, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot take responsibility for return packages that are lost and were sent without tracking.
