We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day you – or someone on your behalf – received the item.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing by email. After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.

The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost in the case of a normal return. A deduction in value may be made from the refund if the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its function or characteristics.

Returns Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or financial institution, the refund may take several business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

For regular returns (right of withdrawal), you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and this fee may be deducted from your refund. For approved claims on damaged or defective products, we cover the return shipping.
