How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time is typically 7-14 business days after your order has been processed. Handling time is typically 2-4 business days.

How do I know that my order has been processed?

Yes! You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product. The product must be in its original condition.

After we have received and approved your return, the refund will be made to the same payment method within 5–10 business days.

I have received a damaged or incorrect product – what do I do?
